In 2008 Chuck Zellen, a reformed Yankee, opened the doors to Philly Cheesesteak on St. James Avenue in Goose Creek. Although Chuck grew up in the Boston area, he spent a number of years in…PHILLY! That’s how you know you’re getting the real deal.
Chuck loved Philly cheesesteaks so much that he decided to bring a little north down south and start his own store here in Goose Creek. But he just can’t get Philly out of his heart (or tastebuds) so he has his bread shipped from Amoroso’s Bakery in South Philly.
And that’s not all… the aroma of grilled peppers, onions, and high quality sirloin steak can send you into a mouth-watering frenzy the minute you walk in the door!
